Today, the MiCA regulations officially come into full force. No license? Say goodbye to operating in the EU it’s either withdrawal-only mode or a regulatory boot out the door.

🟢 Licensed and compliant: Kraken, Bybit, Coinbase, OKX, Bitpanda, Crypto .com, and others that secured their MiCA authorization in time.

🔴 Still unlicensed: Binance, MEXC, HTX, KuCoin, and several other exchanges that served the European market for years but failed to obtain a MiCA license before the deadline.
