🇫🇷 Cryptocrime continues in France!

Three armed, masked men broke into a house in Manosque, tied up a woman, and stole a USB drive containing her partner's cryptocurrency.

The attackers acted quickly and purposefully. They weren't interested in cash, but in access to crypto assets.

✦ Last year, 14 "wrench attacks" were recorded in France.
✦ There were over 70 such attacks worldwide.
✦ The country is becoming a European hub for violent attacks against crypto owners.

A "wrench attack" is the use of physical violence or threats to gain access to digital assets.
