🔮 Robinhood and Susquehanna are launching their own forecast exchange.

Companies buy 90% of LedgerX, a regulated derivatives exchange previously owned by FTX. This gives them their own infrastructure for listing and clearing contracts for the outcome of events.

• The demand for event contracts is growing - in the 3rd quarter of 2025, Robinhood customers concluded 2.3b transactions.
• More than half of Kalshi’s turnover was accounted for by traffic from Robinhood.
• Now Robinhood will start promoting its products directly, and Susquehanna will become a liquidity provider from day one.
