One of the goals: to buy HYPE tokens from the market - a plan to purchase ~12.6m HYPE on the company’s balance sheet and keep about $305m in money was announced earlier (announcement)

This is an application to the SEC. Sales on the prospectus will begin only if the U.S. regulator declares the registration valid.
