😐 Google announced a new breakthrough in quantum computing.

The company announced the Quantum Echoes algorithm, which runs on its Willow quantum chip and, according to Google, is 13,000 times faster than the most powerful classic supercomputers.

The algorithm is able to generate unique data for AI technologies, especially in areas where there are simply no high-quality datasets - for example, in drug development and materials science.

Recall that many analysts fear that quantum technologies may allow to hack cryptographic systems.
