❌🇫🇷 Bloomberg: Binance is one of the cryptocurrency companies that have been checked by French regulators for money laundering.

The French authorities have launched a large-scale inspection of more than 100 crypto companies - the ACPR regulator assesses who is worthy of obtaining a MiCA license.

Binance Exchange has already been obliged to strengthen risk and compliance control. If the company does not meet the requirements, it may lose the chance to work throughout Europe.

The deadline for obtaining MiCA in France is until the end of June 2026.
