The main changes: creation of an architecture to accelerate the network to ~5,000 transactions per second, reducing delays in creating blocks, improving stability and reliability, fair distribution of rewards among validators, reducing hardware requirements for nodes.

The goal: to make the blockchain faster and easier for global payments and use in asset tokenization (#RWA).
