⛔️ Is Michael Sailor’s strategy deflated?

Last week Michael Saylor did NOT buy Bitcoin... the company was unable to raise funds to buy BTC by selling shares.

Strategy still has 640,031 BTC ($79.6B) on the balance sheet.
