We are looking for a Customer Support Agent

About us:
Electra is the first decentralized perpetual exchange that prioritizes rewarding traders and the community, rather than just liquidity providers (LPs).

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in the cryptocurrency space.

▪️Tasks:
▫️Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests.
▫️Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshooting.
▫️Provide clear explanations of trading features and escalate issues to the development team as needed.

▪️Requirements:
▫️Russian native speaker.
▫️High level of English (at least Upper-Intermediate); basic level sufficient with AI assistance.
▫️Familiarity with trading slang and terminology in the crypto space.
▫️Understanding the main functions and features of trading terminals.

▪️As a plus:
▫️Prior experience with crypto platforms and trading.
▫️Experience in a service desk or similar role.

▪️Work conditions:
▫️Schedule: 2/2, 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM or 1 PM - 1 AM Moscow time).
▫️Training: Two-week training program.
