🇪🇺 BINANCE IS UNDER THE MICROSCOPE IN EUROPE

According to the Financial Times, ESMA and regulators in France, Germany and Greece are reviewing whether Binance, which lacks a MiCA license, can rely on the "reverse solicitation" exemption to keep serving EU customers, and it could face enforcement if its interpretation is rejected.
