A Bitwise survey of 15 major institutions found none sold their crypto as Bitcoin fell from ~$125,000 to ~$60,000, and one sovereign wealth fund even sold gold and foreign exchange to buy in, but that's just one case in a small sample, and Bitwise has a stake in the story.
