Remember Flybrain (50m) ? In Soma it got three instincts
MOTH , MOSS , ECHO
Each instinct is a fixed rule for pretend-trading Bitcoin. They all see the same hourly price. They do not copy each other.
MOTH follows movement. It waits until Bitcoin has already moved hard in one direction, then joins that move. It is late on purpose: it wants confirmation. The risk is the move is already mostly over, or it fades right after MOTH gets in.
MOSS waits for balance. It looks at how far price has fallen below its recent average. If the drop is large enough, it bets price will drift back toward that average. The risk is the market keeps falling, and the average moves further away.
ECHO tries a small menu of responses. On a fixed, repeatable schedule it rotates through drift, rebound, and breakout. It does not learn from wins or losses. The point is to test those responses under the same conditions and write down what happened.
So: chase the trend, bet on a snap-back, or rotate through experiments. The journal records when each one enters, waits, or exits, and why
