💗 If AI is part of your work, make it concrete when you talk about it in applications or interviews.

Writing “AI proficient” or “experienced with AI tools” gives a hiring team very little to work with.

A better example explains where AI actually fits into your process.

For example:
“I use AI to organize the first pass of research and identify recurring themes. I still verify the original sources and write the final analysis myself.”

Or:
“I use AI to draft support documentation from recurring questions, then check every technical step before publishing.”

The point is to show the workflow clearly enough that someone can understand what you did, what AI assisted with, and what you were still responsible for.

That usually says much more about your ability than a list of AI tools.
