💗 You don’t always need the job title first to start building proof that you can do the work.

If you’re trying to enter Web3 but keep getting stuck on “I don’t have Web3 experience yet,” ask:

What could I create that shows how I would approach this job?

A few examples:

» Community
Create an onboarding flow, moderation structure, FAQ or community plan for a real project.

» Support
Write a help article, troubleshooting guide or escalation flow for a crypto product you understand.

» Growth / Content
Break down a real campaign, funnel, positioning or content strategy and explain what you would test.

» Data / Research
Use public data to answer one useful question. Explain what the data shows and what it doesn’t.

» Product
Review a real user flow and explain what you would change and why.

» Development
Ship something small that actually works.

» Partnerships
Map a real ecosystem and identify partnerships that would make sense for both sides.

You are not pretending you already have experience you don’t have.

You’re creating something a hiring team can actually evaluate.

That’s much stronger than only saying:
“I’m passionate about Web3 and eager to learn.”
