💗 Career tip: don’t waste the feedback hidden inside an interview.
Even when a company doesn’t send detailed rejection feedback, you can usually learn something from the conversation itself.
After the interview, write down:
• Which questions took you too long to answer
• Where you struggled to give a concrete example
• Which part of your experience the interviewer kept probing
• Any skill or responsibility they asked about that wasn’t obvious from your application
• The questions you wish you had answered differently
Then use that before the next application or interview.
Maybe one of your strongest projects isn’t explained clearly enough on your resume.
Maybe you need a better example of handling conflict, ownership, growth, or working across teams.
Maybe the role exposed a skill gap you actually want to work on.
You won’t get useful feedback after every rejection.
But you can still make sure the interview gives you something useful for the next one.
