💗 If a crypto job says “crypto-native preferred,” don’t automatically reject yourself just because you’ve never had a full-time Web3 job.

Look at what the role actually needs.

» Do you understand the product category?
» Have you used similar products?
» Do you know the ecosystem and its users?
» Can you follow the conversations happening around that part of crypto without needing everything explained from zero?

That context can come from building, contributing, researching, writing, participating in communities or simply going deep into a specific part of the industry.

Previous crypto employment can be valuable, but it isn’t the only way to build crypto experience.

Read the requirement carefully before deciding you don’t qualify!
