If another relevant role appears a few months later, look at the opportunity again instead of assuming the answer will still be no.

Reapplying makes the most sense when something has changed: the role is different, you've gained relevant experience, your skills are stronger, or enough time has passed for you to be evaluated differently.

Even reaching the final round and not getting the offer doesn't mean you shouldn't return. It means you were already seriously considered once.

What you want to avoid is repeatedly submitting the same application when nothing has changed, or applying to every opening at the company.
