💗 A strong interview answer isn't always the most impressive one.

It's the one that gives the interviewer a reason to believe you can do the job.

Saying:
“I'm passionate about Web3.”
“I'm a fast learner.”
“I'm a hard worker.”

Isn't necessarily wrong.

The problem is that almost every candidate can say the same thing.

Instead, connect your answer to something you've actually done.

» Don't just say you're a strong communicator.
Give an example of something you've written, presented or led.

» Don't just say you're good at community.
Talk about a community you've helped grow or a problem you've solved.

» Don't just say you're a builder.
Show what you've built.

The goal isn't to have the perfect answer.

It's to make it easy for the interviewer to understand what you can do and why your experience is relevant to the role.

Before your next interview, take the three skills listed in the job description and prepare one concrete example for each.

You'll have much stronger answers than simply saying you're “passionate” or a “fast learner.”
