💗 Stop treating job descriptions like a checklist.

One of the biggest mistakes job seekers make is seeing one requirement they don't match and immediately deciding:
"I'm not qualified for this".

But that's not how hiring usually works.

Most job descriptions describe the ideal candidate. Someone who checks every box and would be perfect from day one.

In reality, companies often hire people who bring strong core skills, relevant experience and the ability to learn what they don't know yet.

Missing one or two "nice to have" requirements doesn't automatically remove you from consideration.

The only guaranteed way to not get the opportunity is to never apply.

» Can I prove I can learn the rest?

If the answer is yes, it's probably worth submitting your application.
