HIFI raised a $37M Series A led by Left Lane Capital, its first priced round, to scale its tokenized capital markets infrastructure and grow its stablecoin payments and card products.
The New York company, founded in 2022, sells a single API that ties money movement, compliance and settlement across bank rails, stablecoins and payment networks. It moves over $7B in annualized volume for more than 10,000 businesses and 200,000 end users, with payouts in 87 countries. Sumitomo is rebuilding its cash management and trading operations on HIFI's rails, Dapper is building marketplaces on the platform, and Arival Bank runs stablecoin payments through it. "We think of settlement as one problem, not three," said CEO Zach Walsh.
The raise follows HIFI's role in DTCC's July production trades with DTC-tokenized assets alongside BlackRock, Goldman Sachs and Nasdaq, plus a Visa partnership this month for stablecoin-funded payouts to over 4B Visa cards.
