Sheikha Al Nahyan, daughter of the UAE ruler, was arrested in West London after being found unconscious on a street following a cocaine overdose. Her 3-year-old child was present on the sidewalk at the time. She confessed to negligence and was subsequently imprisoned, a stark reminder of the zero-tolerance reality that applies to everyone, regardless of status.
