JUST IN: OpenAI says its AI agent used funds from an Ethereum testnet wallet it found online.

The agent discovered a publicly shared recovery phrase for a wallet holding testnet funds, then used the wallet to pay for its task without the owner's permission.

The incident took place on Ethereum’s Sepolia test network.
