🛡 Deposit didn't pass the AML check? Here's what to do

In most cases, your account will not be restricted – only the affected deposit is put on hold while the review is underway.

1. Follow the instructions in the bot.
Open the deposit notification and follow the steps provided. You may be asked to verify your identity or provide proof of where the funds came from.

2. Return the funds yourself.
Once your verification is approved, you can often return the funds to the original sending address yourself.

To do this, open the Mini App, go to the declined deposits section, and follow the instructions to return your funds.

The network fee for the return is paid by the user. It may be deducted from the deposit amount or paid separately. If a separate payment is required, only send funds when prompted by the bot and follow its instructions carefully.

❗ Always use your latest deposit addresses – copy it directly from your wallet instead of reusing an address from a previous transaction.
