JUST IN: 🚨💰 OpenAI says one of its AI agents used funds from an Ethereum testnet wallet it found online.
The agent discovered a publicly posted recovery phrase for a wallet holding testnet funds, then used the wallet to pay for a task without the owner’s permission.
The incident took place on Ethereum’s Sepolia test network.
