🚀 Next.js 16.4 发布：缓存模型更明确，开发与打包继续优化
1. Cache Components 成为官方推荐方案，新项目默认启用，Next.js 17 将其作为默认编程模型。
2. 新增 ensureStatic、navigation()、prefetch()，更细致地控制动态渲染与预加载成本。
3. Turbopack 优化磁盘缓存，新增实验性缓存清理、动态导入按需编译。
4. React Compiler 内存占用减少 30%、编译时间减少 15%；生产包优化 CSS 类名、内部导出与共享运行时。
5. 新增 next upgrade --agent 与优化 Skills，支持 Agent 辅助升级、缓存迁移及包体分析。
5. 包含 React 19.3，带来稳定版 View Transitions、Fragment Refs 和 browser() API。
