We know that Hibernating pcs can cause our ssds lifespan to decrease due to writing and deleting huge files which were stored in ram.. But hdds aren't affected by hibernation mode because they are built by magnetic materials to store data whereas in ssds the Writing data requires changing the electrical charge inside the cells.
