ℹ️ What is a middleman/escrow?

A middleman or escrow is a trusted third party that acts as an intermediary between two parties in a transaction. The middleman's role is to ensure that the transaction is completed fairly and safely for both parties. Middlemen can be used to facilitate the sale of a variety of goods, including usernames, social media accounts, and other digital assets.

In addition to providing security, middlemen can also help to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. If a problem arises, the middleman or escrow can act as a mediator to help the parties reach a resolution.

ℹ️ How do I use a Middleman?

1. Contact the middleman and provide them with information about the transaction. This should include the names of the buyer and seller, the goods or services being sold, and the agreed-upon price.
2. The buyer transfers the funds to the middleman. Once the middleman has confirmed receipt of the funds, they will notify the seller.
3. The seller sends the goods or delivers the services to the buyer.
4. The buyer verifies that the goods or services have been delivered and are in accordance with the initial agreement.
5. The middleman releases the funds to the seller.

ℹ️ How do you handle disputes between buyers and sellers?

We will work with both parties to try to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. This may involve suggesting a compromise or helping the parties to communicate more effectively. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, we will make a decision on the matter. This decision will be based on the information we have gathered and our experience in the community as middlemen.

We charge 5% of the total deal value ($5 minimum fee), making us the most affordable escrow service around. Please note, this fee is non-refundable once paid.
