SafePal has disclosed a security flaw in its order-tracking system that allowed unauthorized access to customer information.
The incident affected approximately 39,798 customers who placed orders between March 2, 2025 and April 11, 2026. Exposed data includes names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and purchase details.
SafePal says wallets, seed phrases, and private keys remain secure, and the vulnerability has been fixed with additional security measures.
