$2M LOST AFTER ADDRESS-POISONING SCAM

A wallet linked to Bofur Capital reportedly lost nearly $2 million after an attacker tricked them into copying the wrong address from their transaction history.

The attacker first sent just 0.0002 USDC from a wallet designed to look similar.
That tiny transfer was enough to place the fake address in the wallet’s history — which was later copied for the much larger transaction.
