Today we will open the limit type for HK Visa Credit Platinum cards, so they will be linked to user’s account balance. If you want to transfer existing balance cards to this type, please contact support with the list of numbers of such cards. Soon we will also open limit type for US Visa Credit.

We had to change the principle of operations with limit cards. Now limit cards will have Per transaction limit i, which depends on the available balance of the user's funds on the card currency account in a ratio of 1 to 4. This metric will be displayed on the Dashboard tab.

For example, if the USD account balance is 100 USD, then the limit per transaction will be 25 USD. If the balance balance changes, the limit will be recalculated in the appropriate proportion. If the amount of expense exceeds this ratio, the transaction will be failed. The reason for the decline will be displayed as “Transaction amount limit".

Balance cards will not be affected by this update.

To reduce the risk of rejected transactions (Failed status), we recommend you to connect our telegram bot. You will receive notifications about unsuccessful transactions and have time to top up your balance.
