Previously, a 1% commission and a 1 $/€ fee were charged for transferring funds from balance cards to the general balance. These fees were implemented to prevent the misuse of virtual cards. However, we have decided to review and lower the commission rate to make it more affordable.

Now a fee of 1$ or 1€ will be charged for withdrawals, depending on the currency of the selected card.
