• always from the third person (do not use "I/we", but only "he/she/they")
• don’t use quote, CAPSLOCK, italic, monospace, underline, strikethrough and hidden text (spoilers)
• posts without hard clickbait in text and picture
• at the beginning of the post without emoji 💥🚨✅🚀🚫 and similar
• don't use emoji ⚠️❗️🔥‼️⚡️ in ads
• we do not use the words "signals", "pumps", "dumps", in rare situations we replace them with "recommendations"

🔹 we do not publish:
• information that is not true or misleads the audience
• any mentions and value judgments on behalf of our editorial/team, as well as speech in the first person
• value judgments and adjectives that cannot be confirmed and/or proven
• political statements or in support of any political force
• discredited advertising posts

❗️Coin Post reserves the right to delete an advertising post if any questionable and fraudulent actions on your part are detected after the ad has been posted.

Financial obligations and force majeure

❗️We work on 100% prepayment. We do not participate in referral and affiliate programs. We do not work on CPA. You first pay for advertising, after that we book dates for you to place and get to work.

The obligations come into force from the date of publication of this message and are valid indefinitely.

1️⃣ Ad approval
Ads brief and its discussion must be at least one day before the date of placement. If you do not get in touch to agree on advertising on the day before and on the day of its publication, then:
• If some possible text options were agreed in advance, we publish advertising without approval from you and after that no objections and changes are accepted
• If no text options were specified, this is equivalent to the cancellation of advertising a day before its release and we withhold 100% of the ads cost. In this case, we can transfer the advertisement to a new date only with payment at the current price at that time.

2️⃣ Reschedule an ad for another day
Placement can be rescheduled for another day, if there is a need for this, but you need to notify us of this at least 3 days before the actual date of placement. If we are talking about a review of the project on the YouTube channel, then you need to notify at least 7 days before the video release date.
• If you reschedule an ad less than 72 hours before it is posted, then we withhold 50% of the cost of the placement and reschedule advertising to a new date only with a surcharge at the current price at that time.
• If you want to reschedule an ad less than 24 hours before it is posted, then this is equivalent to canceling the ad 24 hours before its release and we will withhold 100% of the cost of placement. In this case, we can transfer the advertisement to a new date only with payment at the current price at that time.
• If after the transfer of advertising you decide not to advertise at all, then 100% of the payment is not refundable.

3️⃣ Cancellation of advertising after payment
If you have paid for advertising and we have already booked places for you, but you decide to cancel it for personal reasons, then just let us know as soon as possible. Regarding paid funds:
• 100% of the cost of advertising is returned only if you notify us of the return at least 7 days before the date of ad publication
• 50% refundable with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice
• advertising cost is not refundable at all if you want to cancel advertising less than 72 hours before posting
• Separately, we will clarify that 100% of the advertising cost is not returned, if you notify about the cancellation within a day before the ads release (24 hours)
