1) Please ensure you have subscribed to or joined @CoastFess before interacting within the community.

2) This base is strictly for roleplayers only. Bilingual and multilingual speakers are welcome.

3) Subscribers are to be referred to as Tides.

4) All Tides are expected to remain in character (IC) at all times. For guidance on IC, OOC, and Mun!Talk distinctions, please refer to the following channels: @TypeRole, @KamusBertipe, @JurnalRoleplay, @JenisTipeRp, and @RuangSeberinda.

5) Use brackets [ ] for all out-of-character (OOC) menfesses and/or comments, such as asking for suggestions regarding themes or character role, requesting ratings for setups or channels, and inquiries related to Telegram features, bots, or external applications. OOC submissions must still remain relevant to roleplay and include clear context. Per the Protocol: Article 1, Section 1.2.

6) Use @/ or @. when mentioning channel usernames.

7) Photos, videos, and songs may be used as supporting media when sending menfesses. If sending multiple photos, please grid them first. Multiple media attachments should also be properly gridded before submission. Per the Protocol: Article 4, Section 4.2.

8) The use of faceswaps, bodyswaps, smudges, deepfakes, AI-generated content, or any edits that alter a muse’s physical appearance is strictly prohibited. Per the Protocol: Article 4, Section 4.3.

9) Plagiarism is strictly forbidden. Copying another person’s wording or content will result in consequences, regardless of the reason. Per the Protocol: Article 5.

10) Avoid using overly decorative or fancy fonts in your menfesses. Per the Protocol: Article 6, Section 6.1–6.2.

11) There is no limit on the number of menfesses, provided each has a different context. Reposting the same menfess is allowed with sufficient intervals, depending on submission volume. Per the Protocol: Article 6, Section 6.5.

12) Account tagging is permitted in menfesses when there is clear context and intent. Each account may be mentioned a maximum of 3 times per day. The recipient has the right to request that menfesses be stopped and deleted if they feel uncomfortable. The sender will be notified personally. Per the Protocol: Article 9.

13) Interactions are permitted only through main accounts. Commenting using channel accounts is prohibited. Please refrain from leaving off-topic comments in the comment section.

14) All members must be polite and respectful. Grammar policing, hate speech, mocking the use of other languages, and negative generalizations toward any group or community (including gender or sexuality-related conflicts) will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action. Per the Protocol: Article 15, Section 15.6.

15) As an act of support for Palestine, mentions of boycotted products, brands, or public figures in menfess submissions are not allowed. Per the Protocol: Article 13.

16) Direct mentions of cancelled public figures in menfesses are not allowed. However, you may still mention them within the comment section when giving suggestions or engaging in discussions. Per the Protocol: Article 13.

17) Political menfesses are permitted only if they aim to spread awareness, encourage open and respectful discussions, or seek others to talk about the topic. Per the Protocol: Article 11.

18) Rated (NSFW-allowed) hours are from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (WIB). NSFW content is permitted only during these hours. Kinky comments or captions are not allowed on non-NSFW menfesses or outside rated hours. Per the Protocol: Article 10.

19) Trigger warnings and content warnings must be applied properly. For detailed or heavy NSFW/triggering content, please use the spoiler feature to avoid immediate exposure. Per the Protocol: Article 12.

20) Offensive behavior is not tolerated. If banned for violating the rules and you respond by harassing the admins instead of accepting responsibility, you will be blacklisted without further notice. Per the Protocol: Article 15.
