• Temporarily disable eager evaluation and live expressions in the console tab
• Fixed adding child views to a native view using the interop layer
• Align timer IDs and timer function argument error handling with web standards

Android specific:
• Wrong borderBottomEndRadius on RTL

iOS specific:
• Skip codegen for selectively disabled libraries in react-native.config.js
• Layout direction changes are now honored on bundle reload
• Re-enable enableFixForViewCommandRace feature flag
