• Fix color scheme in appearance state after setting it to unspecified

Android specific:
• File:// URIs passed to fetch() or XMLHttpRequest no longer fail

iOS specific:
• Bump fmt to 12.1.0 to fix Xcode 26.4
• Fix Hermes crash by rethrowing NSException instead of converting it to JSError on the wrong thread
