I've interviewed candidates for six-figure Cloud Security roles and most of them can't answer basic Cloud Security questions.

Reasons why most fail?
1. Incomplete resume

Cloud & AI Security is one of the few tech careers still immune to AI-driven layoffs. The demand is real. The salaries are real. But most candidates have no idea how to position themselves for it.

Data backs this up, nearly 48% of organizations have actually added new roles driven by AI adoption in cybersecurity, with only 18% reporting any layoffs attributable to AI.

Amazon's own Chief Security Officer went on record saying he would be "astonished" if AI drives layoffs in the security industry, citing the massive talent gap that keeps growing every year.
