That’s according to Ukrainian defense technology adviser Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov.
He says Russia used a jet-powered drone carrying a new payload called KRSN for the first time on September 30.
It has a 40-kilogram main charge and four additional strike modules.
But this isn’t a normal blast warhead.
It’s described as a cumulative-cutting charge — essentially using shaped explosive energy to cut through steel.
Its reported targets are very specific: high-voltage transmission towers and steel bridge structures.
Beskrestnov believes Russia could use these drones to attack Ukraine’s most important high-voltage power lines.
