North Korean leader Kim Jong-un now weighs more than 140 kilograms, at least according to South Korean intelligence.

South Korea’s National Intelligence Service told lawmakers that Kim is considered “extremely obese” and faces a high risk of cardiovascular disease.

Kim is also a longtime heavy smoker, while both his father and grandfather died from heart-related problems.

South Korean intelligence says there are currently no clear signs that Kim is seriously ill.
