I heard from one of the people living in America that if someone has an accident in the street, they may not have the money to pay for an ambulance to take them to the hospital.

For a wealthy country, this shows that the rulers of that country are not really thinking about their people. Their priority is their own profit — and there are other examples that you know better than I do.
