Trump’s Board of Peace will unveil a $2.45 billion Gaza recovery plan focused on rebuilding infrastructure, housing, services and post-war governance.

The plan covers shelters, security, healthcare and economic recovery, but depends on Israeli and Hamas cooperation and further funding.
