Egyptian President el-Sisi:

Egypt and Saudi Arabia are the heart of the Arab and Islamic nation.

Any harm that befalls Egypt or Saudi Arabia represents a very serious blow to the national security system.

When I say that the national security of the Gulf, or Saudi national security, is linked to Egyptian national security, this is not a courtesy.

It is a fact and a shared interest.
