But Mr. Zelensky has already publicly stated more than once, I believe: "Stop bothering me with this diesel deal. Give me Patriot missiles instead. I need to continue striking Russia's energy sector, including oil refineries."

This is a direct challenge, and a rude one at that, to President Trump, who actively supported this deal and has publicly spoken about it more than once.
