Elon Musk:

We do need to make sure that we can make the robots in the U.S. even if China were to cut us off.

Because last year, China prevented the export of magnets for use in electric motors, and that actually set back the Optimus program by like two or three months, because we had robots with no arms.

We were like, "A Farewell to Arms." I was trying to be an arms dealer, but not succeeding.
