According to U.S. filings covering 2025 and the first half of 2026, Dickens & Madson, led by Ari Ben-Menashe, held meetings with the offices of Saudi Arabia’s crown prince and Israel’s president to seek political support for RS independence.
The firm also claimed that both governments intended to discuss the issue with U.S. officials, although it remains unclear whether such talks took place.
RS has paid the firm $4 million since signing a contract in September 2025. Bosnia’s Constitutional Court has since prohibited payments for lobbying activities that violate the country’s constitution.
