BIG: At least 50 people were hospitalized after a Houthi missile hit Riyadh airport’s domestic terminal on Saturday.

The FT, citing Saudi sources, says ~50 were admitted to a hospital near the airport with some in critical condition.

Other hospitals also received casualties and major facilities across Riyadh activated emergency disaster-response protocols.

AFP reports at least five are in intensive care (all Saudis), some were airlifted by helicopter, and ER doctors were called up across the capital.

At least 12 dead and 50+ injured.

Injuries included shattered-glass wounds from the ceiling collapse near Gates 401/403.

Mecca-bound pilgrims were among the hurt.

Saudi authorities have officially confirmed only “several” wounded and no fatalities so far.
