Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius:

Our constitution bans weapons of mass destruction on our soil. We are removing that article.

It does not mean we’ll have them ourselves. That means if a French submarine carrying an atomic weapon comes to a Baltic port, it’s okay.

If a plane carrying an atomic weapon flies over Lithuania, it will be okay. Currently, it’s not allowed.

And we can maybe join some nuclear umbrella.
