再次强调，开启 external-controller 不设置 secret 亲人两行泪，自己不锁门就不要怪有人来偷家
此外 external-controller-cors 选项自v1.18.9版本开始就已加入用来限制浏览器cors行为，但依然有大量下游未进行适配
