🇺🇸 DOJ: Belarusian cybercriminal Maksim Silnikau received 16 years in prison for running the Ransom Cartel RaaS operation, recruiting affiliates, supplying stolen credentials, and orchestrating attacks against at least 18 victims across the U.S. and abroad.
