⋆ Content Relevance:
The content of the menfess must be related to Chinese elements. It is allowed to send menfess about Chinese idols promoting outside of China (including Korea), as long as the discussion remains relevant to China.

⋆ Public Figure Naming Rules:
You must use the real Chinese names for public figures who are pursuing careers outside of China.
Example: Use Ning Yizhuo instead of Ningning, and Dong Sicheng instead of Winwin.

⋆ Media Submissions Policy:
If you are submitting more than one piece of media in a menfess, they must be combined into a single photo collage before submission.

Please clearly include proper credit (CR) if the submitted media comes from a fansite photo or is an edit belonging to someone else. And use the cinafess watermark (https://t.me/addstickers/cfess) if the media you want to send belongs to you.

⋆ Mention (@) Restrictions:
Mentioning specific user accounts is restricted to positive contexts only. Mentioning channel usernames is strictly prohibited.

⋆ Menfess Cooldown / Interval:
There is no limit on how many menfess you can send, but please wait 5 minutes after your previous submission to avoid flooding the feed (spamming).

⋆ Community Nomenclature:
Subscribers shall be referred to as "Cinergy", and Cina Fess administrators as "Micin".
