🇰🇷❌🇺🇦 South Korean president, Jae Myung Lee, accused Ukraine of "praying for the outbreak of war on the Korean Peninsula"

The background is that Ukraine apparently violated a confidentiality agreement on the repatriation of two North Korean soldiers it had captured, who were handed over to South Korea.

According to Lee, it was Ukraine that asked for the transfer to stay secret, and Seoul agreed - then Kiev went ahead and revealed the transfer unilaterally. When South Korea called them out on this, Ukraine straight up denied the agreement existed, essentially saying that Lee was a liar. And, when asked to apologize, Ukraine bizarrely warned about an imminent DPRK-ROK clash resulting in this public callout by the ROK president.
